Our 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon was Winestate Magazines' Wine of the Year in 2010 and is a stunning example of our cabernet in ’middle age’.
It is no shrinking violet, still offering lashings of fruit, but will also easily accommodate another decade in the dungeon. This wine was a trophy winner in its youth and represents great value for an 10 year old wine.
Since the magical 2004 vintage we have tried to hold back more stock to re-release as museum wine at a later stage. In that way, we have done the ageing for you in our temperature controlled warehouse and can release wines when they are ready to drink.
