We were fortunate to have the incredibly talented chef, Adam Swanson, prepare some amazing dishes for us when La Casa Del Formaggio hosted their hardworking SA dairy farmer group at Lake Breeze.
It was such a beautiful day, we opened up The Barrel Room with Adam set up overlooking the terrace. W e were right in the middle of our harvest and the boys were actually harvesting our 'House Block' shiraz in the background.
