chardonnay ferments
We've made good use of the nice cool warehouse for a few days with our 2024 Chardonnay fermenting in these French oak barrels.
Greg is explaining to Georgia the intricacies of barrel fermenting our chardonnay and monitoring each barrel's progress. You'll usually find Georgia in our beautiful Barrel Room, assisting Ashleigh with our weddings and in the restaurant at cellar door.
We will be picking our Vermentino later this week, which will be the last of the whites to come into the winery for vintage 2024.
