Ben’s resume reads like a gastronomic adventure, from private yachts on the Mediterranean and the Carribean, to London, Auckland, a boutique hotel in Ubud, Bali and Nihiwatu Resort, Sumba, Indonesia to Langhorne Creek!
Ben has been working with Pete and Stewart in the kitchen, to put together a great new menu, which includes a delicious pork belly dish ... coconut and lemongrass grilled pork belly with lychee salad and chilli jam.
And some stunning desserts, like our yuzu and coconut cream tart with ginger strawberries and crumble!
