Let’s celebrate with a cracking little cocktail using our Moscato! The Salopian Inn’s Alex, put this refreshing little cocktail together for the Fleurieu Living Magazine’s 10th anniversary!  


After a long lunch or decandent dinner, this cocktail is not only refreshing but may alos help to relax your stomach.


+  100ml Lake Breeze Moscato

+  30ml Salopian Summer Gin

+  2 scoops lemon sorbet

+  lemon zest for garnish

Blend all ingredients together in a blende rand serve in a champagne flute.
