Vintage 2022 is underway this week, with the boys harvesting some chardonnay in the early hours of this morning for the base wine, for what will be our 2022 Blanc de Blancs.
We will begin harvesting our whites in a couple of weeks and a portion of our grenache for the Rosato by hand. The reds will ripen up a bit later around early March, which is when the fun and games really begin. It's the business end of the year, where the years worth of work comes to fruitition, the days are long but rewarding.
