We are drawing towards the end of vintage 2024. This week the boys have been busy pressing out the majority of our ferments and stashing barrels safely away in the barrel hall.
Greg said he's really impressed with the aromatics this vintage, particularly in our shiraz. "All the wines look really bright, with the malbec looking especially good."
We have one more ferment to bring in early this week and still have a lot of barrel work and cleaning up to do. It's been a fantastic vintage, and we look forward to some really great wines produced from it!
