"Lake Breeze and value go hand in hand, but so too does quality. I often wonder where I’d be and more importantly, what I’d drink if I hadn’t become a wine reviewer. I suspect that wines like this would be high on my list. It has generousity as its starting point, it’s creamy and smooth to the touch, it’s unmistakably varietal with its tobacco-and-dust tones, and it finishes with a bold, warm burst of berried fruit flavour. In short, it’s a beauty. It tastes and feels exactly as you’d hope."
