At Lake Breeze we use Australia Post's eParcel service. Your wine orders are collected from the winery each Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Orders are despatched within 2-3 days, however we may decide to hold your order, due to adverse weather conditions, but we will always contact you to discuss further.
Deliveries to metro areas may take 2-7 business days to arrive, and delivery to rural areas may take 7-10 business days. This can take longer at busy times of the year, such as Christmas and from time to time due to COVID-related delays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with all your tracking information via Australia Post. If not, please contact us on 08 8537 3017 and we can track your order and forward you tracking numbers.
We deliver within Australia only. Regrettably, we are not able to send wine to international destinations.

authority to leave
Customers may request an Authority to Leave and enter delivery instructions in the NOTES section when placing order. After dispatch, customers will receive an email tracking notification, and can also lodge an Authority to Leave request through this avenue. If no Authority to Leave is requested at either of these points, a signature will be required from the recipient in order to deliver the parcel. Should there be no one home to receive the parcel, it will be taken to the nearest Australia Post Office and a notification card left.
Lake Breeze Wines and any associated contractors, are not responsible for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of the Authority to Leave delivery method.
change of address
If you have entered an incorrect address or require some of your order details to be amended, please contact us on 08 8537 3017 or via wines@lakebreeze.com.au. Please note that we may be unable to change your shipping address or amend your order once it has been processed.
returns policy
Our refund policy does not cover changes of mind, so please choose carefully. Lake Breeze Wines will happily exchange or refund any product that proves defective. If there is a fault with any Lake Breeze wine, a replacement will be made with currently available vintage stock.
