With more than 12 years’ experience in professional kitchens, here in South Australia and earlier experience in luxury five-star hotels in Mauritius, Julien brings a wealth of experience to our Lake Breeze kitchen and a real passion for creating memorable food.

His new menu is all about fresh seasonal produce, beautifully prepared dishes and food that’s made to be enjoyed with our Lake Breeze wine.
