Huon Hooke ranked our 2015 Cabernet #1 Cabernet Sauvignon from the Fleurieu Peninsula.
"This is a fine wine and a definitive cabernet. The colour is deep, bright purple/red and it has a bell-clear, sweetly ripe aroma of violets and blueberry, raspberry and cassis. The fruit is very fresh and primary, bright and charming, and it will age superbly. A delicious cabernet."
