winter whites

These three whites stack up really well when it comes to winter wine.

The Reserve Chardonnay and both our Pecorinos offer beautiful complexity and texture, making them the perfect accompaniment to winter seafood dishes, creamy pastas and comforting risottos.

The quirky label on our Odd Tonne Out 2025 Pecorino was a bit of fun, and reflects the creativity the boys in the winery brought to making it. It spent 16 days on skins, with gentle hand plunging 2-3 times each day. It was pressed using a small basket press, before maturation in seasoned oak for 3 months.

Our 2025 Reserve Chardonnay speaks for itself. It's such an elegant wine, with a long and textured finish. Enjoy now, or don't be afraid to tuck this away in the cellar for a few years - your patience will be rewarded.

Not forgetting the 2025 Pecorino, with it's lovely texture and mouthwatering long finish, subtle floral notes and stone fruit flavours.

Are we making you thirsty?

Now's a great time to gather your friends and book your table at Lake Breeze for a long lunch to taste these wines with some of our great new winter dishes on our menu.
